Roy and his classmates have to take part in key tests with Mr. Hammond determined the school gets good results to finish high in the league tables. Roy's parents go to see his teacher Miss Sheringham and it is clear she doesn't expect Roy to do well - and nor does he. Roy gets particularly worried when Kathy tells him he might be sent to a special school if he doesn't do well. Roy seeks some advice from top student Tommy on how to do well but takes it rather literally.

Halo Goodbye

The other children are annoyed with him and an angelic halo appears over his head to his huge embarrassment. Roy wants to get rid of the halo but how can he now change his new reputation?
